An Open Letter

Careful. I’m about to write this here letter to someone I don’t know. It’s probably someone famous or a group of people and you probably don’t like as well. You are very excited to read this letter because it is about time someone wrote a letter to this person or people. Something has to be said.

What this letter addresses is this injustice. We can’t take it anymore. What is happening is wrong, unethical and immoral. Stop. What is going on is a curse on human kind.

Now I jab at the personality of the person or group of people. I try to make you feel emotionally charged and your feelings for these people vindicated. This letter is meant to be shared on your social media wall so that others will know that you too are against this person. This person is like Hitler. This group of people are like the Nazis.

Here are all the things that these people are doing wrong. They are putting people into slavery. They are buying themselves out of trouble. They are unequal. They are racist, sexist, transphobic and homophobic. Did you know that they believe in something quite alarming? They do! They are using religion to cosign their terrible beliefs. That’s not the real Jesus. The real Jesus would hate this person. The real Jesus would have been tortured, beat, crucified and buried alive by this person I’m writing this open letter about.

Now I’ll say some humanistic things to the person or people that won’t ever read this letter. Listen to your conscience. See that you can do better and be helpful to people. Drop the cultural identity you’ve had your entire life and just accept my culture. That easy. Hear me. It’s not your fault.

It’s not your fault.

It’s not your fault.

It’s not your fault.

I write to remind the ignorant of my existence person I write this letter to that there are consequences for their actions. What they do is hurting their own legacy and the legacy of America or pop music or the sanctity of pooping. Think before you speak, I will exclaim!

I’ll finish with a little about how me and this person are alike. We both like baseball/dungeons and dragons/genocide. We would be friends in a different world. We could have coffee and talk about things. We could learn from each other.

Signed,

Me

Now share this so that others will share it and that we can all share it knowing we all share the same opinion and anyone that this letter might affect won’t see it and therefore nothing changes. Good job, Internet.
